Trawling the web for an illicit encounter

illicitCan an affair help a marriage?

Or will it inevitably end in disaster?  Radio 4′s Woman’s Hour looks at one website which helps people who are looking for an affair to find sex locally.

A couple speak openly about how the wife’s affair – begun after 13 years of marriage - actually strengthened their relationship.

But Angela, appearing on the programme, says that “industrialising” the process of infidelity is morally reprehensible. “It’s playing Russian roulette with your marriage,” she says.

Syphilis: The Facebook connection

Friday, March 26th, 2010

A newspaper wants to hear from  anyone who has contracted syphilis after casual sex.

It follows claims this week by a health expert that Facebook has contributed to a resurgence in the sexually-transmitted disease.

If you’ve contracted it in recent years and are prepared to talk openly about how it affected you, please email us at info@sellthatstory.com

Ideally you’ll be identified but there may be a way we can do it anonymously.

What makes men attractive?

Monday, March 22nd, 2010

heather-stottAngela admits she’s not as clever as she thought, and she didn’t like her recent TV appearance.

She was in conversation this morning with BBC Radio Manchester’s Heather Stott.

She told how “brave” pals texted their full and frank comments  about her hair, nails, make-up etc as Channel 4 broadcast it’s Cutting Edge programme.

But, more importantly Heather wanted to know, did she agree that certain people have the “sex factor”?

Listen and find out.

How many partners?

Tuesday, March 16th, 2010

A national newspaper is looking to interview a woman in her early 20s who’s had a lot more sexual partners than her mum.

The mother was probably a child of the Swinging 60s, but a poll has shown that the majority of women of that generation probably only had a couple of partners before  the age of 24.

Today’s early 20-somethings have had nearly five times that number.  Both would need to be photographed and talk about their attitudes to sex.

Addicted to high heels?

Monday, February 15th, 2010

high-heelsEveryone has a story to sell, and every week we deal with magazines, newspapers and even TV companies.

These are top of their WANTED lists this week:

♦ Under-13s addicted to wearing high heels, or who shop for heels with their mum.

A researcher from a TV company is looking at the effect wearing high heels are having on young people’s feet. “I’m looking for under-13s who are already wearing heels,” she said, “as well as anyone under 16 who has had a bad accident while wearing heels that has caused them permanent damage or to have to have an operation.”

♦ A weekly magazine wants a woman in her 20s who had cosmetic surgery to win back her ex-boyfriend. She’ll get paid, plus a photo shoot with hair, make-up and styling.

♦ A Sunday newspaper supplement is looking for a woman who was a surrogate for her own daughter and a mum who donated an organ to her own daughter.

For their Mothers’ Day issue they want:

1. A woman who was a surrogate for her own daughter or a woman who has frozen her eggs to give to her daughter.

2. A woman who donated an organ to her daughter (who can be an adult or a child).

Both mum (under 50) and daughter must be identified and photographed.

♦ And finally a tabloid daily newspaper is following up on a survey by netmums which found women are having less sex than last year – but their romps are now wilder.

They need people who are willing to be named and photoraphed, ideally aged 20 – 40 and working.

If you’re any – or all (!) – of the above, contact us NOW.  info@sellthatstory.com
